ABOUT ALLEY

Hey! I’m a personal trainer who loves helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident through hybrid training. That just means I mix strength training, cardio, and mobility work into one well-rounded approach. In my classes, we lift weights, move with purpose, and break a good sweat—all while keeping things fun and doable for real life. Whether you're trying to feel better, build muscle, improve endurance, or just get out of a workout rut, I’ve got you covered.

My goal is to help you build a body that not only looks good, but moves and feels good, too. I keep things challenging but approachable, and I always focus on proper form and smart progress. No crazy crash workouts or pressure. Just solid, balanced training that works. If you want to feel stronger, move better, and train like an athlete (even if you don’t consider yourself one), I’m here to help make it happen.

ABOUT ERAN

I’m a personal trainer focused on helping people build strength, improve performance, and stay consistent. My approach is simple and direct: every session is programmed in advance with a clear plan, so when you show up, you know exactly what needs to get done. I’m here to coach you through it, correct your form, and push you to keep progressing, whether you're training solo or with a partner.

I offer both 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training sessions, depending on what fits your style and goals. The energy stays high, the structure stays tight, and the focus is always on getting real results. I don’t believe in shortcuts. Just hard work, smart programming, and steady improvement.
