As an individual we have goals and ambitions, but we also have hardship and fatigue.
This is why we believe in gathering a group of people with similar pursuits and mindsets for then we can become stronger together.

GROUP CLASSES

Here’s what our membership gets you:

We believe in an approach to fitness that encorporates a variety of training styles. Weightlifting has a lot to offer, as does Bodybuilding, Conditioning and Cardiovascular Training. We use all of these in our programming. Circuit training, strength training and cardio are brought together in every class. We write up our own programming and use the data we collect to improve as we go.

We, Eran and Alley at Essential Fitness + Nutrition, do our best to offer the people of Spruce Grove, and surrounding communities, a sense of programming that we see helps the day-to-day tasks that we all face. This is why we call ourselves Essential Fitness and Nutrition; we focus on the essentials of fitness to improve our quality of life.
