We participate in local charity events [examples: HOHOHOLIDAY 5K IN SUPPORT OF MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION, Coldest Night Of the Year in support of the Parkland Food Bank, Stony Plain Rotary Run For Life in support of Suicide Prevention and Mental Health, and many more!]
We choose local races as a fun way to apply the strength and endurance we build in the gym to life outside of it.
We run small classes where every person will have an eye on them. Personal training is also an option!
